Stockton, CA - A 27-year-old man was charged for felony vandalism after he vandalized his motel room causing around $650 damage. Unexpectedly, the man reason out that he was possessed by ghosts while doing the vandalism.
At 1:41 in the afternoon, sheriff deputies were alerted to the address of the motel for a disturbance. A room renter, Eli Leon, was accused by the motel manager for vandalizing his room.
The motel manager said that the renter got upset when he refused to let the renter use his phone, according to the deputies. Leon admitted on the damage he had made in the motel but he claimed that he was possessed by ghosts.
Oh wow! I'm going to start using that excuse :)
