Townsend Historical Society Was Investigated by Ghost Hunters Secretly

The best ghost videos website presents...: Ghost hunters went to Townsend Harbor in full secrecy that no one allowed to talk about it. They spend few days in Townsend Harbor to investigate rumors of ghosts in the buildings of the Townsend Historical Society.
Their findings and experiences will be aired on the SyFy Channel on September 14, 2011 at 9 and 11 in the evening. Ghost hunters spent two nights with their equipment to capture ghost videos and photos to substantiate rumors of hauntings in the buildings of the Townsend Historical Society.

Tenant of the building on the dam of the Squannacook River for an antique co-op Laura Bradley revealed some spooky activities at the Spaulding Cooperage. She claimed that she find things in the shop that never there when she left and no sign of intruders in the store when she saw those things.
A clairvoyant also thought that there might be a ghost or something supernatural that causes undetermined changes in the shop. The clairvoyant believed that it is a female ghost.
Others described unusual activities in the neighborhood like hearing noises and feeling physical sensations. Knowing about ghosts stories in the place, Bradley asked the assistance from The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) to investigate and gather evidences such as ghost videos, audios and photos.

The buildings are as old as the cooperage which built in 1733 and the Reed House in around 1809. There is no doubt many people had lived in the place before having happy memories as well as sad one. There were reported tragic deaths in the place such as the incident involving a young mother and her daughter. According to the reports, the mother paid a visit to her family in the Reed house following her daughter’s death. Suddenly, she reportedly committed a suicide.

It is now very interesting to know if Hannah Reed remains in the harbor. The ghost hunters explored the historical district, took ghost videos and interviewed Kara Fossey and Jock Snaith, board members of the historical society.
In West Townsend there are also reports of unusual activities, according to Bradley. Even a town official thought that there is a ghost in the West Townsend fire station as firefighters have heard strange noises in the upper part of the building.
